The plumber was friendly, the work was completed with quality and I’m extremely satisfied with that portion of the service provided. However, I had to take off two stars because the plumber did not take the old toilet when he left. In fact, I had to lift the old toilet myself and put it in the box for the new toilet and now it’s sitting in my living room until my husband comes home from work in a couple of months. All in all, it cost me approximately $750 in labour and parts (I provided the toilet). If I was in need, I’d use this company again but I’d call around to see if any other company had availability first.
