★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise plomberie avec un très mauvais service a la clientèle... Leurs prix sont élevé et sont très loin d'être compétitif. Que ce soit le département des vente, les pièces ou l’administration personne a cet endroit ne se parle ce qui devient une vraie bataille pour un client qui désire du service et/ou bien des réponses sur son achat. Très mal organisé aussi et impossible de parler a la direction, ils se cachent derrière une boite vocale !
Magasinez ailler vous aller trouver beaucoup mieux et moins cher et encore plus important, vous aller trouvez des professionnels qui veulent bien vous guider et qui seront la pour le service après vente !
Ça m’écœure d'avoir a mettre 1 étoile pour pouvoir poster mon commentaire car ils n'en méritent aucune !!!!!!
 Very bad plumbing with very bad customer service ... Their prices are high and are very far from competitive. Whether the sales department, the parts or the administration person at this place is not spoken what becomes a real battle for a customer who wants service and / or answers on his purchase. Very poorly organized and impossible to talk to the management, they hide behind a voicemail!
Shop around you will find much better and cheaper and more importantly, you will find professionals who want to guide you well and who will be there for the after sales service!
I hate to have to put 1 star to post my comment because they deserve no !!!!!!

Ils se sont déplacé une première fois pour raccord d'un meuble lavabo. Une semaine plus tard le tuyau raccordé par eux coule dans le meuble et le gondole. Nous rappelons et un plombier vient 33 jours plus tard et il nous charge un autre déplacement. Aucune courtoisie envers ses clients. Ne veut pas retirer les frais ou faire de compromis. Il nous répond que ça fait 33 jours. Donc qu'il doit nous charger pour son travail bâclé. Je ne vous conseille pas cette compagnie pour vos travaux de plomberie.
Double loaded trips
They moved for the first time to connect a vanity unit. A week later the hose connected by them flows into the cabinet and the gondola. We call back and a plumber comes 33 days later and charges us with another trip. No courtesy to its customers. Does not want to withdraw fees or compromise. He replied that it's been 33 days. So he has to charge us for his shoddy work. I do not recommend this company for your plumbing work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- Prenez le temps de bien confirmer l'heure du rendez-vous lors la prise de celui-ci car les techniciens arrivent à l'heure qu'il leur convient
2- prenez le temps de poser des questions au technicien et vous assurer que tous les tests sont effectués pour vous assurer de la bonne fonctionnalité de l'installation pour vous éviter des mauvaises surprises comme j'ai eu. Car malgré les dommages subits ceux-ci ne s'en tiennent aucunement responsables!
1- Take the time to properly confirm the time of the appointment when making it because the technicians arrive at the time that suits them
2- take the time to ask the technician questions and make sure that all the tests are done to make sure that the installation works properly to avoid any unpleasant surprises like I had. Because despite the damage suffered, they are not responsible for it!

Malgré les retards de livraisons dû à la Covid-19, ils ont réussis à tous nous livrer pour que nos projets ne sois pas retardé.
