★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give 0 stars. 2nd project in 6 months, in both cases the floor package was late by 2 weeks and was missing LVL when delivered. Trusse are 3 weeks late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called last week for pricing, availability and delivery of open floor joists. I was told the price and provided instructions for ordering, placed the order the same day. Called the following day to confirm receipt of the order and was told they had the order and were processing it.
Called today to check on the amount of time it would take and got the run around, was told they couldn’t deliver as it was outside their area. That was not what I was told when I called and the website says delivery to Perth, which is further than I live. I asked if it was the fuel cost, was told yes, said I would pay extra...he then said they could not because they were 10 weeks behind...... I was told to buy them somewhere else.
Bad business ethics...taking an order and then leaving me hanging....don’t waste your time with them.
