J	Jae Adamms on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not place your person here. They are stuck in the past, unwilling to look at what's best for your parent. Concerned about what works best only for them. If you want the good care this is not where you should place anyone you actually care about. They will not hear your concerns nor will they be willing to work with families who advocate for their loved one. If it doesn't work for them, they refuse to bend. I wish someone would have warned us about how unwilling, rigid , and behind the times they are here. It's like being stuck in the 1950s. How do places like this continue to operate? We didn't have high expectations. Only that our parents would receive basic human rights. It doesn't happen here.

They serve with joy providing tender loving care and understanding . They provide good programs for their guests. Our mother lived in their home for several years et we have the highest regard for these "Angels of Mercy".

Even though she was only a resident for a short time, we very much appreciate the great kindness and respect shown to her. And, when her time came, she was treated with utmost dignity. Thank you for your dedication and for seeing in her a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Thanks to Father Ivan for support and last rites.

The meals are great, best place to buy perogies and cabbage rolls. It is not all ukrainian people who live there, o would recommend the place to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones. My mom passed away this year and the sisters there still treat me as family.
L	Lara McKay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our grandmother here 5-6 years ago, and I hope and pray this place is better. It was awful. It was not at all like a home. Personal affects were often taken and there was no place to put things on the walls. It seemed to be understaffed. They were wheeled out like cattle and waited in a line (for quite some time) to be fed. Often, they were improperly dressed - no socks or slippers, bare legs. I saw elderly miss meals as no one fed them. There wasn’t a lot of recreational options and it overal was not very lively like care homes I have since visited. The elderly there were very sad and were constantly begging to come home. I have since been to 5+ care homes and never encountered this again. It was quite frankly cold. As a Catholic, I expect more for our treasured elderly and I hope things have greatly improved. Please do your research when picking any care home. Have a meal at the place, do a tour, ask questions - this is allowed at most care homes as it should be.

K	Koreena Gallant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both of my grandmothers lived her and now my dad is here. This is the best nursing home in the city. You couldn't ask for better care for your loved ones. The Sisters and staff care for each resident as if he or she was their own family. The food is amazing and fresh from their own garden. There are a activities everyday and each resident is treated with the dignity and respect they deserve at this time in their lives. I would never take my family anywhere else.
