★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so depressing visiting there... I literally went home and googled Dignitas because after seeing how this "care home" is, that is for sure my preferred choice. Residents who are confused are just roaming the halls with no care workers in site. A woman tried to follow us out and banged on the door as we walked away asking us to take her with us. My grandma was put here because it was determined she needed 24 hour care but it seems like the only care she is getting is being locked in a building. Very very disappointing.
