★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely hike, but not super well marked! There are no maps, signs, or trail blazes at the park. Be sure to take a look at the Mayne Island map before you go, and take a copy with you. The "outer" leg (closer to the water) is more like a hike, and has some very narrow /slightly scrambly bits close to the dropoff. It took me just under an hour going somewhat cautiously. The "inner" leg (inland) is much easier to follow visually (though still not marked), and much more of a woodland stroll. Took me just under half an hour coming back that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful walk through a coastal forest with the most beautiful views and trees. We stopped at the little beach at the beginning of the hike. It's an easy hike with a few small inclines. Can be slippery in places so wear good hiking shoes with ankle support. I didn't ?. A very refreshing invigorating walk. It wasn't busy when we went mid morning on a Sunday. We passed a few couples and groups and people with dogs. Parking spots close to the beginning of the trail.
