★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took two courses and both instructors were very nice. They created a friendly environment, and I felt comfortable even not knowing anyone there (also being the youngest one by quite a bit). Both instructors were knowledgeable in their course and also added tips that helped us o remember the skill. Vincent Liu (in particular) taught me standard first aid, and was super friendly and approachable. He gave me a dad-vibe and was always prepared to answer any questions we had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the second day of my course I had Chris as an instructor. He was absolutely amazing!!!!! He was so knowledgeable and kept the course interesting but understood when it was time to take a break. Something that i really appreciated about him was his pacing. There is a lot of content to cover but he kept it super concise and clear when it needed to be. We even finished half an hour early and still go through all of the material. I understood every concept well and breezed through the exam. Chris is an amazing instructor and I highly recommend him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe chan did such a good job and he made it so much fun to learn the emergency first aid for industry course. He’s an awesome person and definitely hope if this course needs to be taken again he’s my instructor next time too! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqbal was the worst the instructor. He told us at the beginning of first aid class you guys can make complaints if you like as I don’t care because he’s volunteers at John ambulance. I got my certificate but terrible instructor and doesn’t help at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe was a great instructor today. First aid training isn’t the most exciting thing to do on a Saturday morning, but Joe made it fun and entertaining. He’s a funny guy! Would recommend for your St Johns Ambulance training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe Chan is a very good and friendly instructor, well prepared and well organized. You won’t fell asleep in his class on Saturday morning as he made the class fun and informative. Hands on practice plus lots of CPR exercises to keep you awake. Highly recommended!
