The staff is professional and courteous plus the manager took the time to explain a few processes that affect the quality of the fish. My order was processed in a timely manner and I could not be more satisfied. The company has been in the business for a very long time and employs local workers. The premises are extremely clean. The lady even offered to help me load my order into my truck. Five star customer service. I have read some other posts by people who complain about the cost of shipping? Or maybe the cost of the product without even making a purchase or tasting the product? Those are not qualified reviews. by Matt James of Supertackle
R	Rosie M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive always loved your smoked oysters, they are the best. However, the last case we purchased, each can had quite a few shell particles and sand. I cant tell you how unpleasant that is when youre chewing on it...Maybe we just had an unlucky case, but its a little disappointing when we had to discard a QTR of each can when there isnt much in there, not to mention expensive.
