★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't put salt everywhere. They do not shovel the ramp beside the stairs, it's not safe. Drug dealers meeting addicted people right in front of the building. Not safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am asking that 138 Pears Avenue make employment workshops available to the tenants. Can you give me a direct response to this? I know 138 Pears Avenue has never done made a employment workshop available for tenants before but it is needed. I noticed Toronto Community Housing makes employment workshops available so that is why I thought it was appropriate for 138 Pears Avenue staff to also put on a employment workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is not suitable for people to live in. If i could give it a 0 star i 100% would. The staff are transphobic and will not take peoples name /pronouns seriously and will misgender you no matter what you tell them the building is full of bed bugs and roaches but if your allergic and you have to leave while they clean up your unit They kick you out. The only good things in this building is the dinners and a few of the people in the building. i will forever tell people to not move into this building after the treatment my partner and i went through here ... so they take away is DONT move in here if your Lgbtq+ or allergic to bed bugs.
