โ โ โ โ โ Jen is incredible! My whole life ive suffered from a list of medical issues and severe anxiety. Not only in 4 sessions have a noticed an immense improvement of my physical health and energy levels, but with her working on my ear aswell, shes given me a tool to ease stress and anxiety within seconds! Without any pharmaceutical drug. She was also extremely patient with my never ending list of questions throughout each treatment about what each spot did etc. In the short time I've been coming to see Jen, shes already made such a difference in my life!

โ โ โ โ โ I have had several foot and ear treatments from Jen and they have all been wonderful. She has not only treated me, but also my husband and 8 year old daughter. She creates a very soothing and serene environment where you can easily relax and feel comfortable. Not only are the treatments amazing, but Jen is very knowledgeable in her work. I left each treatment feeling calm and rejuvenated with decreased pain and improved sleep. I would highly recommend seeing Jen for both ear and foot treatments. I look forward to my next one.

โ โ โ โ โ After sustaining a back injury 10 weeks ago, I was trying all sorts of interventions to help with my recovery. A lot of them were successful but one of the most healing experience, for me, was Reflexology with Jen. I can't begin to describe what she did for my body, but she is definitely one of the main reasons I'm healing so fast. Not only that, she is very sweet and personable, her treatment room is cozy and relaxing. I highly recommend you trying her out. You won't regret it.

โ โ โ โ โ Jen is an absolute magician and gem! I have been going to her weekly for several months and she has been working on specific issues related in my body. Amazing! I have been able to walk without pain and move with ease after her relaxing and focused work with me. Her treatment space is calming and peaceful. Jen's treatments are now a regular part of my self care routine!

โ โ โ โ โ Both my husband and I have been going to Jen for the past few months and it has made such a difference for both of us! I sleep better, I have less pain and my energy is up. I am so appreciative of the work she does every session; she has lovely energy and is present and focused during our sessions and I feel safe and comfortable in her beautiful space. Sometimes in her studio having a treatment is the most relaxed both my husband and I feel all week! Thank you Jen for your time, wisdom and strength (her hands have to work hard!). โ โ โ โ โ I have been seeing Jen for reflexology weekly for 6 weeks. I am finding the work is a perfect adjunct to other things I am doing for my health, diet and exercise mostly. I am resetting after a COVID year. Jen is very welcoming and professional. Her treatment room is spacious, bright and clean. I always feel more relaxed and that various congested places in my body have been opened up. I am feeling healthier. I sleep better, have less stiffness and soreness in my back, feet and legs and feel all around more calm. I highly recommend Jen for foot reflexology and also the ear treatment, which was quite potent.
