★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No heat in the suite. Has been broken for some time. Parts laying on the floor all rusty. Temperature this week -33. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Shame on them and shame I can't give them 0 out of 5 stars. UPDATE: toilet now overflowing and within a few meters of the space heaters on the floor. Their resolve...remove the residents toilet paper to stop over use!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to the frontline care staff! They are the best. My husband and I operate a small business in Kelowna and we had a difficult time recruiting staff during the pandemic. Yet every time I visited Spring Valley, it was always well-staffed. The care and housekeeping staff were there regardless of the pandemic looking after the residents. We owe them our gratitude for their commitment to the seniors under their care.
