★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snowy night in Calgary and ordered two pizzas from Little Ceasars. They had a free delivery option and we decided to try that.
Fool me once. it was to be delivered at 7:20. Waited listened looked no pizza. 7:30 no pizza. 7:40 no pizza call Little Ceasars and they say it was delivered. Look outside and do not see it and a few minutes later we see it and have two cold pizza's. Call the local store/... Nothing we can do call door dash . Call door dash.. too bad for you nothing we will do pizza was delivered.
No are we not going to use door dash again for home or work. with the level of service we got from Little Ceasars we will not be stopping by there on the way home from work either.

Give your customer service the ability to solve a $15 problem and avoid loosing the repeated $15 orders.
NO one seems to care.
Find another pizza place and a different delivery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing out of the ordinary, folks at the Circle K (Dolores & Al) are very nice and friendly... once they get to know you they'll always call you by name. It gives that 'down home', neighborhood feeling to your interactions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to our house, this recently renovated strip mall is very handy and has nearly everything; Shoppers Drug Mart, Circle K, medical clinic, liquor store, gas station and car wash, pub, restaurants, etc. Service is great, very friendly people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a convenient community shopping place. There are Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons for taking out, and some stores in this small shopping mall. Also, Subway which doesn't provide taking out locates inside gas station.
