★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't the greatest experience this past time I took my partner here. He comes here all the time. Always leaves satisfied, but these past two visits have been terrible. I do Not recommend newbies for cutting hair unless it is half priced. My partner came out disappointed twice with really bad hair cuts . He is not one to speak up and let me tell you if I was there I would say something . He pays top dollar for cuts. We will not be coming back to this location . Never leave if your not satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a nice and hygine place for haircut. Hairstylists are very professional in their work environment. Also the MVP upgrade is so relaxing and smooth you receive a good hairwash with warm water on massaging chair and then you receive shoulder massage. Due to COVID-19 they do not offer beard or any facial services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Got a haircut with a typical chubby guy (perhaps Gene?). His attitude makes me nauseous, and a subpar haircut, the price does not match the service.

Would recommend go bald instead of getting a haircut here.
About customer service it’s ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here and had to wait 20min past when my sign in time. I then asked for a type shorter cut changing from what I had, she said yes, half way through I said to her she was just trimming what I had and I wanna change. She said she knows and kept going. When she was done it was exactly what I said I didn't want. She could not figure out what I ment and had to get another styles. They some what fixed it but I left with a bad hair cut. Did not even offer a discount or anything till I asked about one. I will never go back to this location and will tell everyone I know the something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hair cuts ever. I came twice hoping to get a decent haircut and both went horrible. Nice staff but barber skills are questionable. First time I went, I didn't get what i wanted and I basically got a bowl cut with a very bad undercut. Second time I went, it was close to what i wanted except it was shorter than what I wanted. I also asked for a fade and its not blended at all and it's looks like it was done with little to no effort. The back is patchy with some hair short and some long. Nothing is even. When the barber trimmed my long hair, they used a razor and didn't really take time to trim it properly. From past hair cuts, barbers trimmed long hair with scissors. Don't go here.
