★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking to meet a really nice guy and walk around his really cool farm while learning about cedar fences, then this is the business for you. But if you’re looking to actually obtain a fence, this is definitely not your guy. I ordered a fence in March, was told it’d be 3 months, so I emailed at 4 months and was told I was still on ‘the list’. Then I sent a series of emails between 6 and 7 months from the time I ordered the fence, none of which have been replied to here at the 9 month mark. I’ve also tried calling and leaving messages: no answer, no reply.
Hopefully everyone is ok. And if this business model works for him, then all the power to him. But I have a toddler to contain so I jumped ship. The place down on the old island highway at black creek were amazing. Efficient, professional, and also lovely.
