★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner was very aggressive and was rushing groups even with no groups behind. Expects us to spend money on course yet no mobile beverage cart as well as clubhouse being closed by 8ish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a better experience under the new ownership. Greens were immaculate, trees thinned out, fairways actually cut. If you haven't tried it recently I suggest giving it another go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem of a course in Red Deers back door. With all the tall pines trees and elevation changes you feel like you could be golfing a mountain course. It was our first time golfing this course and it definitely won’t be our last. Some of the holes, especially on the back 9, can be a little challenging from the tee box but a good second shot should get you out of danger. Very little sand or water in play which I liked.
There has been alot of work done to the course and I can’t wait till the elevated tee box on 14 is finished.
If you haven’t golfed this course you owe it to yourself to get out there.

We were having a great time learning and playing with our friends until the super came and told us we were holding up the group behind us and playing slow. The group behind us came up and talked to us after the incident and said we were not in fact holding them up and they had no complaints with our playing. The super seems to make up stories to gain a reputation with course, when he actually just ruins the fun of young golfers who he thinks won’t retaliate. All the other staff were great except for the super who terrorized us our entire game
