★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my hockey jersey in for cleaning. When I took it out of the plastic bag to put it on, I noticed the chest crest was wrinkled and the crest had holes in it. So I phoned and then took the jersey to the store, not angry, not loud, not aggressive. The owner and two staff members were present. First ,the owner said sweat must have ruined it; my response, "A hockey jersey? " Second, the material must be worn from use; my response, "Only worn about five times to hockey drafts and Flames games." I was told they were not responsible and not offered any compensation; only the crest was damaged; stain remover? I was treated rudely, and yet I was very respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my wedding dress cleaned here and they did a fantastic job! They got all the dirt out of the train and didn't damage any lace at all. Paid $260 which is a little pricey but to be expected with all the lace and details on the dress.

Took my wedding dress in and was told the price would depend on how many layers and some other stuff, I said okay, expecting them to call me to let me know how much it was going be. Didn't get a call, or hear from them again - didn't even tell me it was done/ready to be picked up.
Only when I went to pick it up I was hit with a $260 bill. Mind you this is for a simple crepe wedding dress, 2 layers and no beading lace or anything like that. They also wrecked many things on the dress, the stitching on the cups, the straps, the hooks for the buttons amongst other things.
I mean, at least it was clean, I'll give them that ?♀️
