★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the windshield on our truck replaced and the customer service was fantastic, the woman at the front desk was accommodating to my busy schedule and answered all of my questions. They got me in for my appointment right on time, they were fast, professional and the windshield looks great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very professional and got my window installed in a timely fashion. With a few wires crossed in communication at the start the owner himself came down and was quick to make sure I recieved the quality service expected and even went as far as to not charge me for the install at all. Which was leaps and bounds beyond what one was to expect. I would recommend speedy glass to anyone looking for quality service and value in there next window install.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dude was helpful, informative, and showed initiative. We had an issue at Allwest. Something about insurance not covering windshield. Speedy glass asked us if we brought it somewhere else, and there was a small issue but they figure it out. Definitely using Speedy glass 4 evvvv ver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a windshield replaced and the employee that did the work ran over a table of some sort with my truck. In the process damaged the sidewall of my my tire and also scratched the wheel. The employee at the counter was great. He told me about it and said the owner was coming down to find out what happened. I paid which was my first mistake as now the owner has no reason to make it right. Now he did ask to get an estimate for a tire. Due to injury that wasn’t so easy. I was non weight bearing for 7 weeks after a surgery. Oh course the tire was worn just enough that I would require all 4 to be replaced. Anyways. After many attempts to go and see him I was always told he was not available. Finally I messaged him on Facebook. Had a very brief conversation with the owner and all he can say was that he fired the employee. This doesn’t help me in any way. Nor is it necessarily right for the employee. Maybe he needed some more training. Now after over two years he just ignores me and obviously has no intention on making it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called speedy glass for a rock in my windshield. Leanne answered the phone and was able to get me in right away. I showed up service was quick and efficient. Everyone in the shop was very polite and professional. I hope I don’t have to be back but if I need another chip filled I’ll be back!

The Terrace team was very accommodating and did an amazing job getting our windshield replacement done quickly and flawlessly. Throughout the scheduling and booking of our service two staff members Gladwyn and Eric were both eager to answer any questions and provide us with information that we needed in all aspects. We would definitely recommend going to Speedy Glass for any of your glass care needs!

My dash and front side door panels were cleaner when it left than when I took it there, above and beyond service. The office is clean and the staff are courteous. I recommend Speedy Glass to all my friends.
