★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, very professional, I had an emergency and the Manager was able to book the repair of the pickup the day after, they were fast, punctual, and the price of the job was very good. I highly recommend this place if you need any kind of repair not only tires.
I had to use the Towing service from Prince Rupert because apparently every dealer and mechanic shop was overbooked of 2 weeks, and nobody could fit my repair in their schedule but I am glad that I went to Kaltire in Terrace, I used my BCAA membership , I highly recommend BCAA as the Towing service is great, and I now know where to bring a vehicle when I need a repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had a bad rattle in my car driving up from Smithers. I took it to the Terrace Kal Tire as we are a longtime customer in Smithers. He never asked my name, just took the car and removed the mud causing the trouble and when I wanted to pay he said there was no charge. I was so amazed as I never mentioned who I was. Thank you so much, amazing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for my tires to be checked for issues and or balancing due to severe vibration.... was told they were fine no issues other then needed a rebalance....
After leaving town on rd trip I find out the hard way that my tires were separated and were unsafe to travel on.... costing me 900$ and time on a rd trip.... thanks for nothing Kal tire! Last time I visit your store!
