R	Rina Khorga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is extremely rude with customers. Will rush you and kick you out. I asked for some loose change for a $10 and the man didn’t give me the exact change back, and when I said something he got mad and threw the money across the table. Do not go to this place
I	Imee Navs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service, the attendant rudelly tells you right away that they don't allow drying clothes only because priority are for customers only. What am I? Am i not a customer? I came there to dry my clothes only...why i can't? If there is a vacant dryer? What's the issue, if other customer's still washing their clothes then someone has to use the dryer first. Don't go this place. Owners are stupid.
K	Kendra Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time using this laundromat. It was very clean, and the man running the laundromat was helpful and nice. However, it seems quite pricey. I had, in my opinion, a medium sized load (only my sheets, a small throw, and a few socks) and it costed $8 to wash and dry. The location is convenient because of the T&T and small mall of shops /restaurants, so you can shop while waiting for your laundry. I'm not totally sure I'd go back because of the price.
N	Nehul Bhambri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and pretty cheap (honestly) compared to others in the area. The price is $2.25 for a regular sized front load washer and $2 for 40 minutes of dryer. If you have an even smaller sized load, the price is $2 for the top load washer. Total price is $4.25 for washing and drying your clothes. A week full of dirty laundry for one person is what goes into the regular sized machines. Last load time is 7pm and the shop is closed on Wednesdays. Bring your own detergent!

I placed towels in to dry a few minutes longer while I fold. He started yelling at me to take them out as soon as machine finished.

T	Tasha K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be so good, cheap and clean. They raised the prices recently and it's really expensive compared to other places in the neighborhood. I have also noticed the owner walks around and changes the settings on machines. I put my clothes on hot wash, and went to grab my takeout. When I came back and the settings were switched to cold, this has happened to me twice. I also notice the owner takes people's clothes out of washers and dryers, even when it's not busy and there are other available machines that can be used. Not sure why he does that, I've seen people get upset over it but he still does it. The place is clean but most machines dont work properly anymore. They definitely need to upgrade or fix machines
m	mason fehr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALMOST EXTORTION. Went here to wash one set of bedding and some of my family's household laundry. When we returned to change the loads over, I attempted to begin loading his HUGE INDUSTRIAL DRYERS. Once I had loaded one blanket, one sheet and two pillow cases in to the first industrial dryer I saw that the industrial sized machine was only about a quarter full so naturally I began to add other household laundry to fill the dryer AT LEAST halfway. The gentleman (probably the owner) quickly approached me and my wife and demanded that we separate the household laundry from the bedding and start the machine having only been a quarter full, forcing us to pay for a third machine ($6 each dryer) that we did not need. While this logic makes sense with regular household appliances, it makes no sense for industrial SUPER dryers, causing me to think he is simply grabbing, almost robbing us, out of as much of our money as he can get away with. In the end we were forced to take our wet laundry to a second laundromat that operates under normal standards (Newton Coin Laundry) where we have had nothing but good experiences. I STRONGLY recommend not wasting your time and money at Speedy Coin Laundry, I think the level to which he will manipulate the costumer is actually, and probably really is, criminal and illicit behavior.
