The lady on staff worked to aid all who entered to the best of her ability, and shows a pride for the building through ensuring none of the dryers were overloaded to prevent damage. Sporting a large amount of both washers and dryers is a wonderful addition as well! The area was clean and tidy, and overall had a very open, spacious and inviting atmosphere, resting any apprehension towards the concept of a laundromat to rest quite quickly. Will definitely be returning in the near future!

You have to listen her at any cost other wise she will kick you out or call the police no matter how decent or mature you are. She will follow you like a fox and incase by mistake you have overloaded the machine she will start throwing your laundry out without any consideration. She must learn how to be a customer oriented. They have drawn a line on the washer door which is in the middle of the door. so you don't put your laundry more then that which is a clever way of making more money. None of the laundromat have this kind of idiot thought. Otherwise its a clean place but will never recommend. It is a good place for bums and sketches
V	Vera Canning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman that runs the place is very rude all about money wanting you to use more machines than what you need and if you refuse she tells you to leave. DONT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT!!

I was charged once $40 to get them to do a load of laundry because the other grumpy lady decided to wash my work clothes twice...construction clothes. For a $2.75 re wash. Which was exactly one pair of pants, 1 t shirt and 1 vest. I used to drop my stuff off but after that I never did again but they used to weigh it before you left, she didn't that time. Now the machines cost $1.25 or more. So $3.75 to do a small load which you can't put towels or small blankets in. And $5.00 per double washing machine. I think it used to be like $4.25.
B	BD James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love them. We take our laundry here sometimes (not often at all), but when we do, they always remember our names and are very sweet. We've never had anything go missing and our laundry always nicely folded...even the baby stuff.

But then someone bumped my dryer door open, losing the heat. I noticed within a minute or two. I asked the lady if shed be willing to give me a couple (2-3) quarters to make up the difference. Her exact words were why should I. I was disappointed and would rather have been able to restore the relationship at this place. Upon further inspection after I not see the seals are missing on the unit, and several others. Ok lady. Maybe that's why you should! :( too bad. I used to like it here.
M	Markos Newhouse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's five stars for me but they are not perfect at all. I like the friendliness of the Korean ladies and a man there. I know how expensive laundry can be but everything is expensive nowadays. The staff are always helpful if you need any help. I guess communication is hard for some because they are Koreans and are not Native English speakers. But overall they are just great.
