★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt like the adoption process was a little rushed. The personne that was with me to meet my new friend didn't really wanted to awnser my questions and found them kind of anoying.
They provided me with documentations and food about my new friend.
The sanitary mesures for COVID-19 in place seemed ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local area for people to adopts Cats & Dogs, peoples works there are very sweet and knowledgeable, is always nice to save a life if you want to adopt an animal in the house. The cats and dogs are well treated there, price is also affordable. Overall saving an animal is always nice and make people feels great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grateful to have adopted my doggo from this spot. Absolutely professional and capable of answering all our questions and giving us all the info we needed. Plenty of information on the dog including a little report card evaluating their behaviour. I thought it was a great experience and I would highly recommend to everyone. They clearly love and care for all the animals that pass through that spot and they deserve everyone's support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was ok. I could see the cat I was willinig to adopt, but I couldn't touch or hug it to get the feeling if I liked this cat or not. This made it a bit difficult to choose the cat. The 2nd time I was there to pick up my cat, it took 45 minutes until they let me in the store. The fact that it was extremely cold made it totally unpleasant for receiving the service for which I had an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to pick up a new dog today very happy I have no problems with him hes excellent energetic for his age but that is normal for his breed very happy staff was great spoke bilingual is bilingual and I would go back again in fact I might even get another one as soon as I have more control with this dog won't take me long hes already doing great for the 1st 2 hours at being at my house thank you very much I just put down 2 dogs in the last month and one yesterday didn't want to wait why not help another dog right away make me feel better in my heart Please if you can help out the SPCA please do so all the help would be appreciated would be appreciated volunteering or money thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Animal lovers, clearly. Adopt an animal from them. However, if SPCA wants to help troubled dogs stay in forever homes and not end up back at the shelter a year later (as ours did, before we adopted him) they would do well to use their special position and voice and connections to help build a support registry for all the services these animals need *after* adoption. Almost every dog on their adoption list has issues and can't live with other animals, but SPCA won't help the people who adopt such animals with boarding or dogsitter recommendations, or even help ensure requests for this kind of help are visible on their popular fb page etc.. They literally brushed us off with the helpful advice to "search the internet" when we asked if they had pet-sitter recommendations, which is just offensive. Obviously we are capable of searching the internet and started with that. A small percent of human resources spent coordinating internationally to bring even more dogs from South Korea and the far north could be put into thinking long-term about the hundreds of already "rescued" troubled dogs we're trying to integrate here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Super kind and helpful. We adopted our cat there and you can tell they really care about the animals well-being and that they go to a good and loving home. Highly recommend adopting a pet from here. They will answer all your questions and concerns. They don't always answer their phone right away but always call you back within a few hours. Always friendly. Save an animal and give them a second chance!!!!
