★ ★ ★ ★ ★ le service à la clientèle était super, la fille qui m’a fait les ongles super fine aussi.. rien à dire à ce sujet. sauf bien déçue du résultat. la shape, la couleur.. pour 60$ c’est pas normal que quand j’arrive chez nous j’aille à les repeindre pour cacher les faux ongles pis à passer 20 min avec un q-tip pour enlever toute le vernis autour. en plus de ça, le lendemain y’en a un qui décolle pis ça laisse mon ongle complètement à vif avec un trou dedans à cause du limage. j’suis retournée vers 16h et c’était fermé alors qu’il est inscrit 17h sur la porte.
the customer service was great, the girl who made me super fine nails too .. nothing to say about it. except well disappointed with the result. the shape, the color .. for $ 60 it's not normal that when I come home I go to repaint to hide the false nails and spend 20 minutes with a q-tip to remove all the varnish around. in addition to that, the next day there is one that takes off and it leaves my nail completely alive with a hole in it because of the image. I went back around 16h and it was closed while he is registered 17h on the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incroyable! J'ai reçu un certificat cadeau pour une journée de gâteries. Quatre soins choisis et quatre soins bien appréciés! Un endroit propre et surtout zen. Essayer le bain turque et surtout un massage! J'y retourne c'est certain.
Unbelievable! I received a gift certificate for a day of treats. Four chosen treatments and four much appreciated treatments! A clean and above all zen place. Try the Turkish bath and especially a massage! I'm going back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La patronne manque totalement de respect pour sa clientèle. Elle n accepte pas les certificats cadeau avec l excuse qu ils sont expiré. Légalement il n expire pu selon l office de la protection des consommateurs. Plusieurs clientes que je connais on été lésées.
