★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this spa a few weeks ago. I booked in for a massage and facial, and both treatments and therapists were great! Im not so sure the massage therapist was formally trained, but it still felt nice. My only complaint is that the walls are a little thin so you can hear some noise/phone ringing. All the ladies made my visit really great, will be back for sure :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love all of the staff at Fontana day spa. Every time I walk in that door, Shirley is there with a huge welcoming smile. She will go above and beyond to assure that your service is top notch. Clean friendly and great massages, foot reflexology. The lash service is amazing too!! I cannot get enough of this place! Highly recommend it. Ask for Shirley, she is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem! Clean, friendly staff and good prices. SUPER excited that I found this spa! Walked by and decided to treat myself on my day off. I originally just wanted to get a massage but saw the combo sign at the desk for such a steal so I opted for the combo B - which comes with deep tissue massage and reflexology both for 50 minutes. BEST MASSAGE I have ever had!! I cannot wait to go back again with my husband for the couples massage!! I can now pamper within my budget!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally I booked my appointment for the relaxation couples massage. On the website it says it’s 150$ We go there and I told her we had an appointment for the couples massage, she tried to get us to the “deep tissue” I said no we have an appointment, the lady did not speak very good English at all it was very hard to understand her. We finished our massages and she told us it was 30$ more then what I gave her. I gave her 150$ based on what I was told over the phone, the lady was very very rude and would not let me leave without paying her 180$ may not seem like a lot but when you are told a price that is what you expect. I would not recommend this place WHATSOEVER worst customer service EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very sweet and kind. They are completely focused on taking care of you and making you feel relaxed and refreshed. They also have some deep tissue massage if you have some very tight areas that need to be relaxed. I find a nice stress release every time I come here. The price is a high but the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for reflexology, was aggressively talked into a full body massage at a slight increase. The masseuse was very sweet, but clearly untrained. The massage was very awkward and she actually injured the back of my knee. I excused myself and left. Was intercepted by the manager (the one who pushed me into the massage) who told me to wait a half hour for "a professional", which angered me. I do not recommend this place. Highly unprofessional.
