Too noisy! They talk about being quiet but the masseuses were talking amongst themselves and weren’t really interested in servicing the customer instead were more worried about the happenings at the check our counter. We had to ask them to pls not talk a couple of times.

More than a plain pedicure with reflexology foot massage for both women or men- My family, who is my husband and teenage son and myself-went after a few days of killer walking, biking, rain, and dirt through Montreal. We asked for a pedicure ($30 CAD) without nail polish (i think it is the same price either way) or cuticle cutting, in order to clean up our feet. We also wanted their reflexology foot massage ($30 CAD). Our feet were soaked, pumiced, cleaned, clipped and buffed. They really were professional, no judgement zone toward guys who don't get pedicures regularly, and they asked every step of the way your preference of length and pressure, etc. I have no idea how well they do polish. They left my nails neat, clean and shiny buffed. They did not dig hard or deep. Despite that they left nice clean neat feet. Their foot massage includes part of your lower leg and it is a real deep tissue reflexology massage. It is NOT a soft massage that most places do part of a pedicure, we asked for the foot massage service so they really work your feet and a little of the ankles and a deep focus on the sides of your calves. It was about an hour total for both. We sat in comfy chairs in low light. We were the only ones for part of the time and had 3 people working on us at once. They chatted as much as you wanted or not. They were lovely people. You can ask for the foot massage on it is own but we needed to give our feet some cleanup and recovery after 4 days of rain, sun, biking, walking, etc. They take credit cards, but cash gives you the prices stated above. Their phone number does not go to a reliable voicemail after hours. Call them when they are open. They are next to the L2 Tea Lounge on the second floor (best bubble tea next to NusThes). I didn't experience any strong smells of acrylic nails, or hair chemicals and it was a relaxing experience without frills but also more than just a simple nail polish salon.

Had a one hour massage, not sure if I am just unlucky but the masseuse had no experience, inconsistent technique between left and right sides of the body. Lack of pressure and at the end the cashier kept forcing me to tip. Will never return here.

Absolutely terrible. Took my mother here for her Birthday and asked for her to have a manicure... An inexperienced woman cut my mother's nails too short and then dropped nail polish all over her foot. My massage was done by an inexperienced dude covered in tattoos... he was pushing my spine out of alignment with no symmetry... worst massage ever

I went here after a long day of work asking for a pedicure since nail polish was displayed at the front and I had gotten a bubble tea from the shop across. The place looked dingy but I still took a chance.... Big mistake!!! The lady cut my toe nails so short I bled!!! Nail polish was not evening included in the price. It was very unsanitary, I don’t understand why they even offered the service instead of saying no. 35$ and my toe nails bleeding I still paid the service and they had the audacity to ask me for a tip which I refused and walked out. Also not a relaxing place for massage nor a simple Pedi. I highly suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

Was surprised to have had a bad experience here. I came here with my boyfriend and he had a decent experience but the therapist working on me had no pressure and was very inconsistent with her technique. She also spent 5 minutes on each body part and kept rotating, which is a first for me. The only reason I have more stars is because they squeezed us in for a walk in and they were very nice. Highly do not recommend imo

Came here for a foot massage, didn't have an appointment (it was a Tuesday around 13:30h), only had to wait 5 minutes. Leah was my masseuse, did a great job. My feet were super sore from walking and biking all over the city so this was welcome relief. Leah was also a great conversationalist, I'd ask for her again when I come back.

we were three people doing a foot massage... the boss was kind and welcoming .. but there is a lady when I go to give her tips she was not happy she wanted more than that (so rude) .... I go to other places I give the same amount and no one complains .. never again I would go here
