We drove up from Moose Jaw and it was sooooo worth the drive! The food was incredible and the atmosphere was amazing!! The owners were very attentive to the notes I had put in my reservation about my sisters birthday and how far we had traveled. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone that wants a fantastic Creole experience!!

Frog legs were okay but the fries, coconut shrimp and hush puppies were amazing. My son loved the alligator. Portions are huge. Would love to go back if/when they have a crawfish feast available.

Very neat vibe. Friendly staff and the owner/chef came out to say hi. Food is so so. Maybe I don’t love Cajun ?‍♂️. Lots of deep fired and the batter didn’t have a lot of flavour. Good serving size and interesting menu.

A small place that fits around 20 but I doubt you will be disappointed. The staff are caring and the cooks will come put to greet you if you have allergies you need to speak of. My first taste of Southern food and I was not disappointed with the gumbo or the hush puppies. Will be back soon enough!

The Poboy sandwiches are huge and delicious. The bun was so fluffy and fresh. I really enjoyed the coffee as well. Worth the drive for sure.

One of the best, most authentic restaurants in general in Saskatchewan. It is extremely underrated, with great menu items like hush puppies and po'boys. The chef, hailing from Louisiana proper, puts out classics like shrimp po'boys, crawfish etouffee, jambalaya, and cornbread as well as not-often-seen-this-far-north items such as alligator bites and frog legs. They even do seafood boils! And with a soon-to-come outdoor grill, things will just get hotter and hotter! A classic love story of a southern boy meeting a northern girl, and moving from the temperate climes of the American South to the frigid and hot 60°C difference throughout the year climes of the middle of the prairies. I'm glad this love story worked out in our favour as well! Will continue to be back and if it were closer, I'd be a daily patron. Also, don't forget to check out Alphonse!

Visited this restaurant recently for their seafood boil and it was good! The restaurant has a relaxing and laid back atmosphere. Drinks were good. I’ve had the Vieux Carré for drinks and their hush puppies for starters. The seafood boil was delicious and for $25 the serving was generous! Restaurant’s only about 25mins drive if you’re living in Saskatoon! Great experience!
