★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice facility. We booked it for dodgeball bractice and were able to access the facility with ease and were very happy with the cheap rental rate. Definitely will be renting the gym again.

Not sure what manager you have dealt with but the actual manager has an office full of accreditations as well as continuous support throughout the community as she has dedicated her time to working with special needs, youth and new comer groups. Her facility is always immaculant and it is always a joy to visit her facility. I would HIGHLY recommend the facility to others as well as I am happy to do business there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented this place for a dinner. First they cancelled it on me and didn't tell me about the deposit. They changed the prices so I could no longer afford the gym and put us in the small room. The people before us were still in there so we had to work around them while they packed up cause they ran into our time. And when my husband went to get our deposit back they made him run around the city and then wait acouple hours for a cheque. I would not recommend this place. And I will never rent here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a tiny place compared to North West Leisure Centre. Came to attend a meeting and the room was small. They also close at 5pm. The staff person working behind the desk seemed bothered by us asking and barely said no more then 5 words during our encounter with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Held a family event here and it was a great space. The one thing that could be improved is a security presence because there were some strange people loitering outside the building and that isn’t always the safest during events with young children present.
