★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely a jem. Dr. Staphanie Lin is smart, funny, patient and most of all, the team seamlessly takes away stress, willing to try the extra mile. As a result, my daughter's broken tooth got taken out before she knows it. This is a bad tooth going around in multiple dentists in town and abroad for 4 years! She never cooperated until today. Good news is, she said she will visit again "a little bit later". Thank you!
The team is bilingual, such a bonus too. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only were the staff super professional and nice, but our dentist, Dr. Kuo, was also patient and careful during both of my two kids' check ups. Usually, our kids would scream and cry when we have dental check ups but this time, none of them did!!! We are so happy and we will be looking forward to our next dental appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dentists here. However, I would like to say that their pricing is a bit shady. I have Canada Life Insurance and they deduct 90 percent of the cost so I would only have to pay 10 percent. But because this dentistry raised their prices this year, Canada life would only agree to deduct it at the price of last year. This leaves me to pay the difference of the price increase without any sort of deductions or warning from the dentistry (The assessment was done the morning before I came in for the appointment).
It might seem like it is the insurance company's responsibility, but it seems like the price increase was done without any agreement between Canada life and this dentistry. I am not sure if it is the same with all insurance companies, but if you have Canada life then you might have similar issues. Also, I was told that all dentistry would have had the same price increase so Canada life's deductions is across the board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Huang and her assistant are very professional and nice. After she referred me to the root canal specialist for the emergency, she still contacted me to see if I was getting better. The receptionists Vicki and Michele are very nice too. Vicki spent lots of time on helping me to find a root canal specialist for emergency to release my pain. I really appreciate all of their help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful team and services. My husband chose this dentistry years ago and recommended me to do ortho treatment here. High hygiene standards especially during COVID time. Stephanie is professional, nice and gentle. Receptionists Vicky and Michelle feels like my sisters! They are super lovely! Highly recommended!
