★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The marketing department is terrible. We understand that people are inundated with requests for fundraising, etc. Most places will politely decline. Not this one. We were transferred over to a woman named Cathy who told us that "everyone has health issues" and "if you've never personally bought from us". Just an FYI to this woman, we have family businesses who purchase from SCE, there are people that are supporting this fundraiser for this particular individual that purchase from SCE, the complete disregard and dismissal from Cathy at SCE will not go unnoticed and is most definitely not appreciated. Common courtesy and human decency go a very long way in this industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service department does not know how to fix equipment properly. Spent a fortune last year fixing equipment and it came back with leaks that only cost me more money to fix - because they didn't put the motor back in properly. I will never ever to do this company again. Pathetic!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started dealing with Dwayne Obst at South Country in White City 8 years ago when we bought our acreage. Being fresh from the city, we knew nothing about riding mowers or tractors. Dwayne was patient with us and explained in detail what he thought would work for us. Since then, we have purchased 2 tractors, 3 riding mowers and 2 gators as well as several implements.
We keep going back to Dwayne because he is always honest and genuine. He cares about you as a customer and will make sure that he delivers the best service every time.
I hope that the management of South Country Equipment realizes that Dwayne is a great asset to South Country and that he represents them in a professional manner every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't actually come here to use the services but we managed to track my friend's lost cat down to this location. We followed it to the lot and it jumped up inside one of the machines.
The employees here were very helpful, friendly, and understanding. They went out of their way to assist us in getting the cat out of the machine safely.
The machines all looked very clean and well maintained and I can vouch for the quality of service here despite not being a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful they answered all of our questions about their electric equipment and will be trying to get our small equipment serviced Within a very quick time as we found ourselves without them operating properly and needing them within a week. Their service department figures they might be able to get them working as long as they don't need any parts that are not on hand. Very friendly service by their parts department with all the questions we had about their electric equipment since my parents are looking at switching over because pull starting equipment is becoming quite difficult for them in their later years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very busy with customers but if you wait in line and show them respect then they will go above and beyond to help you. Even answer questions you have with products knowing you are not buying anything. They keep good stock as well for Banjo fittings like nowhere else in Regina
