G	Graham Hancock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This facility has many dedicated and highly trained staff that serve our community 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The community is extremely fortunate to have this wonderful medical facility on our doorstep. However, my sense is that the hospital is undervalued and quite possibly underfunded. For the most part the frontline workers are terrific and my family and I are very thankful for all the services they have provided us. Over the past 32 years, which included the birth of our three children, and countless other visits to the emergency room, laboratory, radiology and specialist clinics. I personally have had life-saving treatment at the hospital on more than one occasion. It's hard to think of a more profound and heartfelt recommendation than that.

Didn't care to go in but I went to this hospital while I was in town just to make sure it was dealt with properly and to avoid infection. The nurse(Heather was her name) was extremely unprofessional as well as belittling in regards to my problem. She was also surprisingly very uneducated when it came to actually dealing with me. I was left unattended for almost 2 hours (in an empty hospital with no one even in the waiting room). If you get a miserable & incompetent nurse - then it was surely her!?

K	Kim Coulter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing like sitting in reception on the second floor outside cardiorespitory department and not being able to speak with my dad sitting 2 seats away because the receptionist has the music blaring. When I asked her to turn it down, got attitude and she still left it loud. Is this a bar or a hospital?
d	dojin .111 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would've just died from the stomach flu before one of the nurses could even give me a painkiller that didn't even work ?. 4 hours of waiting in pain and not one even thought of checking up on how I was doing or if the pain was getting worse. Which did get worse from the cold waiting room and starving for 5 hours. No wifi, no data reception or any way to contact my family not even a telephone for the patients at least inside the facility just to tell my parents how i was doing.
A	Amanda Farrish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is a joke. I literally only come here for emergency situations or because this hospital is closer than Goderich. What a mistake. It is better to go all the way to Goderich which is an hour extra drive to get help. The receptionist are rude and unhelpful in every aspect. The volunteers were more helpful than any actual staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING, and I mean anything. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get your health looked at by anyone there. The Doctors are decent, but to get to them seems nearly impossible. After the fact. Went to Goderich and was diagnosed with a bartholin cyst, had to have surgery on Saturday to drain it, and will never go back to Kincardine Hospital.
A	Alysha Smithers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This emergency department is amazing! From out of town . I showed up in serve pain at like 9 pm. The had me in and under a blanket in 20 mins. Had a Dr in to see me in another 20. They were kind and caring here. I appreciate your help ?

From the front desk receptionist to the triage nurse to the doctor (Dr Murray). Everyone was overly friendly, respectful, non-judgemental, and caring.Thank you SBGHC team for your exceptional care.
