★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice beach area and swimming but gets crowded in the summer. rcmp and park staff are through the area alot, seen some people have hundreds of dollars worth of beer poured out. Has a outhouse on site, and a second beach a few hundred meters up the trail

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the best spot for swimming in a hot summer afternoon, water is warm enough and quite, and people do kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake. Bring your life jacket be responsible for yourself.park staff patrol the area.
