★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember Mark And Cathy came up with the idea to create a food bank in Regina modeled on the one that had started in Edmonton. We met in Eldon and Jean Anderson’s basement and we hired Ed Bloos. Our vision was to stop food being wasted and to get it to people who didn’t have enough. The vision came and a lot of the early work came from Souls Harbour.
