M	Monster mash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, clean and cute. We had to stay here due to an accident and they really did everything they could to help us out, very accommodating, welcoming and at the time was exactly what we needed. They deserve a higher rating for sure.

Thought it was going to be iffy because of the rating but Sorrento Inn completely suprised me by going above and beyond for me and my partner!! We had an emergency and needed a last minute place to stay.The Inn was very accommodatin and made reservations and check in super easy. Rooms were clean, sheets were stain free, everything worked well and the suite atmosphere was cozy. Absolutely a place I'd stay in again if passing through.
R	R Krstic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, the new owner, Dawson, is great! Friendly, accommodating and you can tell he has a real passion to bring the Sorrento Inn back to what it should be! He gave us a better rate than Hotels.com! The room itself was something to be desired. Very dated, and smelled like it had probably been smoked it forever. Cable t.v. working fridge and a coffee machine. The bathroom was clean and lots of clean, fresh towels. The King size bed had fresh, clean sheets, but the bed cover was dated and had seen better days. Also the mattress covers were clean but stained, yes I check for bedbugs, who wouldn't? Although clean, not very comfortable. I hope the Sorrento Inn can be updated to shine again! I would love to see what they do with it in a year, until then, I can't recommend it.
T	Tracie Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked into this hotel, staff was slow to arrive at front reception. Reception area a complete state of disarray. Went into room, Very old accommodations with the exception of the bathroom. It was pristine! The chair in the room was ripped. The lamp shade filthy. Blinds over window greasy and grimy. Never even bothered to look at the sheets. Used one of their very white face cloths to wipe surfaces… everything was dirty. Was there for about an hour…then went told them I was leaving. The front staff gentleman blamed it on “a big group of firefighters that came through”! Really? These firefighters are protecting our province from burning away…and you say that! How about the cleaning staff do not clean. The furnishings need replacing…. The dusty greasy dirt on the lampshade..was not from anything recent! If I could add pictures I would. The pictures speak for themselves.
E	Elita Lessard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very dirty. There were dust bunnies everywhere. It was very dirty under the bed. The shower curtain was black on the bottom. The ice bucket was dirty. The coffee machine had old coffee grinds around the top of the pot. Lots of cobwebs all over the room. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped. The towels and sheets were clean I think. The room could use some love But the staff were nice and the food was decent. They need better cleaning staff!
s	steve martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here on May 20, 2022. The room was clean with new beds, linens and freshly painted. Staff is courteous and friendly and we enjoyed the entertainment in the pub. Looks like the new owner (Dawson) is doing a great job bringing some life to the place. Only complaint is the internet is very slow...maybe that's the situation for the whole area? Either way, pet friendly, not over priced and we'd make this a half way stop again for our run between Calgary and Vancouver. Just a skip and jump to Salmon Arm too!
