d	dylan raymond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE place to live! Look forward to nothing but shoulders when it comes to issues or getting anything done. I've lived here for a more than a few years now with below standard maintenance and general care for their building upkeep unless its noticeable from the road. An example is smear from egg being tossed onto my window and the area on the building around it from BEFORE I lived there with countless requests for it to be cleaned with, again shoulders and a request that I hang out my window and clean it myself. Be prepared to shovel your own stalls with snow 'cleanup' in the wintertime with most of the snow from the sidewalks around my car ending up on my parking spot and not removed until the sun melts it in the spring. If I could give no stars I would but it looks like Sonora slides by again.

They do NOT communicate with tenants. At all. They are incredibly rude to tenants and disrespectful, I was hung up on while asking about my move out date to which they responded “now I get to pay an extra 9 days”. Do not rent here. Awful awful place to live, horrible staff, and bad location. My car was broken into twice in the parking lot and nobody did a thing or even seemed to care.

Always on time with maintenance requests often happening that day. The office staff are great people with good heads on their shoulders. Rent for a 2 bedroom is great compared to any other place around their 4 buildings around stonyplain are all nice recently renovated. And for a couple of the complaints about snow removal, they ask you to move your car, if you dont your stall dosen't get done. they clear the parking lots of snow several times over the winter, and if the powered stall isnt working its probably because the breaker for it in your appartment suite is off.

Appointments were easy to coordinate, both Karen and Courtney did everything in their power to accommodate us. Moving in and out was smooth and we were well taken care of. Maintenance requests for things like extra shelves or burnt out lights were fulfilled quickly and without charge to the tenant. Everything was handled in a professional and respectful manner. As a family with young children, we really appreciated the convenience and understanding that was extended. Absolutely recommend Sonora Apartments in Stony Plain!!

I have my own washer and dryer which is great. The apartment is a good size for me, the balcony is small but it’s ok. I have met other long term tenants who are friendly also. I am handy a drug store and within walking distance to grocery stores. I would recommend the building to live in.

I went to do a walk thru and get the keys today, only to be told that I cant smoke on the balcony and they will not rent to me. Kept my 500. THIS IS THE WORST MANAGED PROPERTY IN THE HISTORY OF THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BUSINESS. DO NOT RENT FROM SONORA, OR WIEDNER FOR THAT MATTER.
