I was deep touched by his lessons, my deep knowing knew that I had something to learn from Jivasu's teaching so I subscribed for the two week Naturality retreat in February in Rishikesh. 10 days I have been listening and absorbing all the information Jivasu has been teaching us. Step by step feeling my own natural way by being able to combine the science and the spiritual aspects of it. The practices in between yoga and meditation have helped me to really feel differences in myself. Shifting from my self made identity to my pure identity by understanding why I am reacting as I do now. Why I feel fear. Although he grew up around ashrams, he does not consider himself a guru or act like one. He based his teaching on both science and spiritual aspects. Naturality path is the right combination between east and west. Each one of us is welcome to find his own unique nature and follow his heart.
