Ordered a several products from their online store and chose the pickup option because I was making a trip into the city anyways. When I got there no one was in the storefront and I was forced to call two numbers to get a hold of someone. They told me they will be back in 10 mins because they had to drop off a package. I waited for almost half an hour. On top of that, they say order is ready next business day. I had to wait 3 days and call myself for them to tell “yeah it’s ready come whenever”.
Overall, poor customer service and lack of organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got brandnew gucci shoes. I used only once and i went to sole I was dealing with the black tall guy He explained to me they can do deep clean and clean everything. He said to make it brandnew. When i pick up the shoes its not cleaned properly one guy told me he can do it again in 15mins. So i waited him. When he came back shoes is clean but shoe lace looks dirty and not clean propely i dont know what happen. And the butterfly beside my shoes looks bad. I wore my shoes once. Before i gave to the guy to clean i show him the dirty the rest is perfect. Shoes now looks bad especially the lace and the butterfly. I dont recommend this company. Im expecting my shoes to clean not to damage. Expectation????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually purchased supplies to restore a vintage Gucci bag I inherited. I purchased the Angelus Brand deglazer, black paint, matte finisher, a conditioner and mink oil spray. It turned out great - just followed a YouTube video. I’ve never restored any leather before but it was easy enough. I was putting items in through Amazon and realized half way through I should try and support local/smaller companies instead. Prices were actually cheaper and the order came to Winnipeg within 4 days, free shipping. No complaints! Pictures attached for amateur repair before & after.
