I wasn't hoping for any refund or exchange, but this guys were fantastic, they offered me in store credit. And I bought another pair of shoes with that credit. This store really cares about their customers. Thanks to all the amazing girls who work there. You are the best.

Sole city dealt with the issue promptly and will exchange work boots for a different style with no questions asked. Great customer service and glad to supposed a local retailer.
