Après faits, je penses que payer pour la qualité vaut la peine. May be cheaper than elsewhere but the quality is not there. I bought there 6 years ago and got it installed by them and it's already broken after 6 years. After all, I think paying for quality is worth it.

Je viens de lire des commentaires sur cette entreprise et je suis très surpris du négatif qui ressort sur M. Pelletier à qui je viens de discuter pendant environ 15 minutes. M. Pelletier dont c'est la première fois à qui je parle a pris tout le temps nécessaire à m'expliquer l'installation d'un puit de lumière en salle de bain. Mon puit qui est vieux de 29 ans coule depuis environ 5 à 7 ans. Solabec mon fait une soumission avec explications vraiment intéressantes et je crois, juste. En plus, beaucoup moins cher qu'un compétiteur. Le contrat n'est pas encore donné mais je trouve très professionnel vos explications et votre temps. M. Pelletier et votre employé qui est venu soumissionner, merci beaucoup. Before you award the contract of my well of light. Aucune réponse ,suite au signalement de cette fuite ,de la part de cette entreprise malhonnête. C’est honteux ! Il y a beaucoup mieux comme service ailleurs....M.Pelletier se fou de notre gueule ! Ne gaspillez pas votre argent avec eux . Ni votre temps . VERY BAD SERVICE after sale! Following a water leak at my ceiling caused by a bad break from a former employee at them. They wash their hands of it. No response, following the report of this leak, from this dishonest company. It is shameful ! There is much better service elsewhere .... Mr. Pelletier is crazy about our mouth! Do not waste your money with them. Neither your time.

Je suis super satisfait de l'installation, Eli travail super bien. Il était ponctuel pour le rendez-vous que nous avions pris et est très professionel. Sur le côté service à la clientèle avec Jean-Pierre, je suis très satisfait. Il répond rapidement aux demandes par courriel et est très gentil. Un gros merci à Solabec pour votre beau travail. I had a replacement of my dome made in the Ville-Émard district, in May 2019. The installation was done by Eli. I am super satisfied with the installation, Eli work great. He was punctual for the appointment we had taken and is very professional. On the customer service side with Jean-Pierre, I am very satisfied. He responds quickly to requests by email and is very kind. A big thank you to Solabec for your great work.

Apparently Solabec does not think they are responsible if their product is installed wrong by their contractors. Ignoring emails and on top of that being rude on the phone. No help whatsoever. Horrible service.
