★ ★ ★ ★ ★ since 2016, I was a regular customer of theirs, they talk very nice but always had problems with the timely submission of my tax file, the excuse was "Oh your credit card did not go through" but they never let me know that sooner.
this time for the 2021 tax year, I send all my tax papers to them by email and over the phone, I make sure they received them, but a month after when I call back they said by mistake they deleted my Email. So I had to send them back again and also give them my credit card to charge me for the service.
then after two weeks when I call them they said it was done, and they charge me on the credit card I have with them. almost 2 months after when I call them again It is the same story Oh your Credit card did not go through, even though I gave them my best-used credit card for them.
Now they just arrogantly tell me that they are busy and don't have time to remind their customer about the payment did not go through.
They think we are as a customer not busy at all.
