β β β β β The couches are excellent quality and very customizable. You can choose the material and all the different dimensions to fit your room exactly the way you want. The fabric selection is really wide - all sorts of color and texture. Consider getting one of the fabrics called "trapeze" - it looks rough, giving the couch a very stylish look but it feels very soft to touch. Our new couch is also very comfy :) We love it :)

I have to say I've had pretty bad experiences in the past with other furniture companies, but I am really glad I came across Sofa Bed Central. I have a small condo so when I was looking for a sofa bed I was a bit skeptical on what I could find. I explained the fact that I did have a small space but needed the sofa bed functionality. The staff were amazing at figuring out what would work best. I was even able to get a custom sized sofa (so fit perfectly!), where I was able to pick the style, the fabric and even the firmness of the cushions! On top of that I am very indecisive and the staff were so patient with me - not just rushing to make a sale like most places. The mattress is very thick and feels like a standard luxury bed, no metal bars digging into your back overnight.
Before checking out their showroom I did go to see other standard high-end furniture stores, but nothing stuck out to me. The prices were pretty ridiculous for the product and most of the floor models were falling apart! I have to say what sold me on Sofa Bed Central was the fact that they are COMPLETELY Canadian made and you can see it in the quality. That is so hard to find nowadays, and makes me feel good about where I am spending my money.
Lastly the delivery was seamless and on top of that I had gotten a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
Colour me impressed, definitely check them out!

β β β β β Incredible service! Rocco has been so accommodating and so considerate from the start till the end! He even invited me to go to the factory to see how they make their sofa beds. You could even customize it a bit and there's also a lot more fabric that you can choose from too! The delivery was fast and the quality is excellent!
All I can say is, if you're looking for a top quality sofa like the ones you see in RH and/or those other high end furniture stores but a more affordable price (and a more unique one at that!), Sofa Bed Central is the real deal! Rocco and his team are phenomenal!
