I highly recommend European Furniture Store because they have wide selection of furniture, good prices, and excellent service. The store is so big, I am sure you can find anything for your needs.

Instead of telling me its used they did not and when I got home with the bed, I started to install it then I noticed it was used, a lot of scratches. I even found a watch in one of the drawers and I brought it back to them and told them that the bed is not new. They wouldn't accept even though I proved them that it was used. My advice is that you have to be careful when purchasing something there. They are not honest, I would never buy anything there again. One star just because I cannot leave it empty....Bad bad place to shop, event the owner is bad.

You get excellent quality at affordable prices and their furniture is very unique. The delivery and set up was also seamless and they were really nice. Wish we could give more than 5 stars. We’ll definitely be patronizing again soon.

First of all the customer service was excellent, the owner of the store knew exactly which bedroom set I would like before I even showed it to her! She has exquisite taste and helped me pick out the perfect nightstands that look amazing and chic in our bedroom. We get so many compliments on it. The price was exactly in our budget, and the mattress we got is so comfortable I have slept so well since I got it. If I need any more pieces for my condominium or future home I will definitely come back!

The service (and products) were awful from start to finish, with one exception (that I'll talk about later). I bought one dining table with 4 chairs, 2 counter chairs, and a twin sized bed. The sales experience - very high pressure. The products - while they looked good, about 6 months after buying the bed, the headboard came apart from the bed. I asked the owner if there's a warranty. She didn't answer the question, and instead, told me to fix it myself. When I told her that for one thing, I didn't have the tools, and for another, I just don't know how, she began explaining how to fix it. I wasn't interested in going shopping for tools that I wouldn't have needed if the bed had held up in the first place. I asked her if someone from her store could come to my condo to fix it. She insulted me, saying every man knows how to fix something like this. Even she knows how to fix something like this. I asked her if she'd like to come over and fix it. She hung up the phone. The only good thing that I can say about this store is that the delivery people were fast, professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Other than that, this store lost at least 1 customer - me. And I hope they lose you too.

I especially liked the wide array of both modern and traditional sets on display, as well as the competitive price/saving I enjoyed.
