★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two years ago after hosting our sons future in-laws for Thanksgiving my wife was very embarrassed by our small dining room and our drab looking home. My wife vowed never to have another Thanksgiving dinner at home without renovating. That’s when she called Georgian design build. Georgian and their fabulous team renovated our main floor extended our house, added a pantry and created our dream kitchen and huge dinning room. I have completed many renovation projects in the past, and honestly, this was by far the best project I have ever been a part of. From the beginning to the end, the team at Georgian (Gene, Michelle, Karen, and Chris) made the process both seamless and painless for me. Having Chris, the project manager on site daily meant minimal interruptions in our life. He was professional, courteous and above all his craftsmanship and work ethic was second to none! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Georgian and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a lawyer I originally wanted a quote from contractors not realizing it was impossible to price a project I had not even crystallized in my own mind. Accordingly I received a few lowball unreasonable quotations from contractors who just wanted to hook me in. So unprofessional!!! Thank God I purchased Georgian’s Feasibility Study. Best investment I ever made. It was was worth every penny. I got back 100% in my construction contract and advanced ten steps in the design process for free. It showed us what our project would look like, how much it would cost us, and how long was going to take. Before we had to commit to an expensive contract. Dealing with the owner Gene and the Principle Designer Michelle whose professionalism, experience and knowledge of the process was reassuring to us. They took great pains to help us draw and redraw our dream home plans. Michelle was exceedingly patient with us as we pondered this and moved that, and pointed things out to us that would enhance or detract from the final product, and we trusted her judgement. She earned every penny she was paid in helping us with our space plans and we believe she’s one of the reasons our house turned out so nicely. We couldn’t be happier with her service and care…we are grateful for her responsiveness to our questions and her flexibility and patience. Thank you for our beautiful new home, we are very proud of it! As a lawyer my advice to homeowners is not to get caught up with a quote from a contractor which is useless. It’s a bait and switch process that will end you up in court. Avoid the pitfalls of the renovation and only deal with Georgian process which Is head shoulders above everybody else. You can trust Georgian process is risk-free!!
