★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jess helped me find my first home. I didn’t know much about real estate but she explained everything along the way and gave her honest opinion when she felt the place wasn’t right for me. I was particular about what I wanted so it took a while to find the right place but she was very patient even after looking at what felt like the 100th place! She has good connections in the industry and always had someone to ask when I had question about possible renos. When I finally did find what I was looking for she walked me through the process of purchasing, connected me with a great condo doc reader, and overall made the process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Jess when buying a home… and if you’re really lucky she might even ride her bike with you from viewing to viewing ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We first engaged Jeff a few years ago and right away we were taken aback by his patience, depth of knowledge, and easy-going nature. We changed our criteria multiple times - starting with 3 bed condos, then to reno opportunities, then to detached family homes with walkout basements, and finally townhouses in Canmore. Through each of these phases, Jeff did a fantastic job of working through our requirements, sharing his professional opinions on each property and neighbourhood, and even putting us in touch with other professionals when required.
Jeff's expertise stands out during property visits as he studies each property with a keen eye pointing out the good, bad, and the ugly, and sharing remarkably accurate ballpark costs for repairs or improvements when we ask him. If we're unsure about a property, Jeff always offers to do more research such as market assessments (price analysis), rental values, or even looking into city bylaws and condo bylaws. It took us a while to find the right place and that's a testament to Jeff's patience and passion for helping clients find the right property, and not the first available one.
I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and I highly recommend Social Real Estate!

From the first meeting we had to discuss my sale I was impressed with Jeff’s knowledge of the market and ideas to prep my house for sale. I took all of his advice and the house looked amazing. Photos, Floor Plans and 3D tours turned out excellent from his team and together with his write up, the house presented itself to the perfect buyer. Even though the whole process was very short he also kept me very well informed of what the next step was and updated me for the 12 days it was listed as to what the market was doing and the analytics around my specific house as it related to all the avenues he used to market the home. I look forward to buying and selling with Jeff for years to come.
