Thomas was recommended to us by a friend who had a great experience. I had no hesitations and called him up right away. We discussed housing and markets as well as he came by for a visit to view our home. He was courteous and knew exactly what he was talking about with regards to pricing and value. I’ll say this...our home was the first to sell in our price range for 6 months in our area. Mr Calvert and his team did extraordinary with open houses and advertising. I’d recommend 100% to anyone who wants their house to sell and to be marketed the right way. A++

My new home was a new build which most people often do not use a realtor for; however, Thomas was able to negotiate with them and get me a significant price reduction and many extras added to the home. Thomas was there for us every step of the way. He really taps into his wide array of resources and tools to make sure he can do the most for his clients. He is incredibly knowledgeable on past, current and potential market conditions and has a lot of good tips and pointers whether you are buying or selling. Even if you just want some insight to help you better understand where you sit in the current market before making a big decision he is always happy to answer any questions you have for him. Despite a very stagnant and saturated condo market, he was able to close a deal on the sale of mine in about a third of the average days on market for comparable listings. When it came to the purchase of our new home in a market where detached homes were moving extremely quickly he was always willing to jump in his truck almost at the drop of a hat and get out to Cochrane to show us new listings so that we wouldn’t miss out on our perfect home. Thomas is always, professional, polite and accommodating. He makes you feel like a friend and not just another client, I ran into him at the hockey game just a few weeks ago and he stopped to check in, catch up and share a few laughs. I would Highly recommend his expertise with buying or selling in any market you might be looking in and will be happy to do so myself the next time around.
