Only ever had one issue with the hot deli closing early and not being able to get the family deal, as there were no sides available.

We have taken her to the vet to have them cut and she had to be sedated. We will definitely be taking our pups to her from now on. Thanks Steffie Great Job!

While it might seem like a minor issue, it's indicative of management that is oblivious and couldn't care less about maintaining a minimum level of decent service. 1 star is too much, I will go in to the waterloo store from now on.
