★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nav and Michelle in Abbotsford have been so helpful and understanding. My husband has been a C Pap user for over 5 years. We went to SnoreMd looking for a new mask because that store was closest to home and because of the helpful and friendly staff we switched from the company who we originally bought his machine from. When it was my turn to use a machine, Snore Md Abbotsford was our only choice, even tho the Drs referral had another Company listed at the top. Michell explained the entire testing process to me and was able to put my apprehension at ease. Nav explained my results and why it was important for my well-being to use a machine. The whole process was very easy. Looking forward to many years of great sleep!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little nervous going in, I even said the machines looked a little torturous but Nav was so encouraging and explained how everything worked and what I may expect. He and Tessa assured me they were there to help me if I had any questions or trouble adjusting to the machine. I am so impressed with the level of care and service I received at the West Oaks mall location. It's been a pleasure dealing with both Nav and Tessa.

Treated with respect, I felt comfortable with the new c-pap machine as well as knowing that my progress and any concerns that arise will be addressed in a timely fashion.
