They set up and tore down with minimal instruction and left our lawn/premises spotless; exactly how it was when they arrived. From booking, to setup and everything in between they were a pleasure to work with. I am very impressed with the whole team.

Our guests raved about how excellent the food was as well as the presentation. Jodi and Nash were extremely patient with us as they answered our many, many questions. They even brought us a complimentary cooler and bag of ice to ensure our drinks were cold for our guests. If you are looking for caterers for a wedding I would 100% recommend Smokin' Bones. They are extremely professional, cook unbelievable food and deliver amazing customer service. Thank you Jodi and Nash for helping make our wedding day so special :)

The food was delicious, very moist and not dry at all. The staff were so professional and very accommodating. Jodi was such a pleasure to deal with, always finding a solution to whatever I asked. With all the restrictions and covid concerns, they did not disappoint. Excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend them for other events. When I failed to order from our usual place early enough, I scrambled to find an alternative. In spite of the minimum order being for eight people, my family enjoy leftovers and the price was reasonable, so I went for it. Jodi was super helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out what to order and how to get it picked up (the location is far for me). The food was exceptional. Everyone raved about the turkey, and I (everyone) loved the mash! The mixed vegetables were really good (though I could've used more of those... lol). There was gravy on the turkey as well as on the side, which was excellent as it ensured the meat was moist once reheated. The little individually-wrapped buns - when I saw them I expected little, like airplane food, but they were soft and fresh and delicious. :) I'll be ordering from SB again!

It comes very well packaged, and is easy to reheat and serve if needed. The turkey is juicy and perfectly prepared, as is the brisket, and the sides are perfect compliments to the meal. While the flavours are traditional, this is not your grandma's turkey dinner. It is better! Just don't tell her that. All the staff are very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. They come out to your car with your food and a smile. We live about an hour away and it is well worth driving up to Richmond Hill for the meal and for the service. We will be making Smokin Bones a part of our family's Christmas traditions for years to come. Thank you Smokin Bones!

We finally got married last Saturday and they fed everyone AND we had a beavertail station which was a huge hit. Besides the food being fantastic (we have ordered more for our day to day) the staff went above and beyond. They pivoted when they needed to and everyone was very happy. THANK YOU GUYS!

Jodi and the Smokin Bones team were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end (and even after that with leftovers)! There was a slight hiccup with the amount of meals that arrived but that was quickly rectified with a second delivery. Our team had nothing but good things to say about the food. We chose to customize one of the existing holiday packages and we were not disappointed! I only wish I had been able to get photos of the first part of our order which consisted of individually packaged meals. The food was piping hot, packaged well and also delicious. Would definitely recommend Smokin Bones to all...and will definitely keep them in mind for our next event! Thanks Jodi and the rest of the Smokin Bones team!
