RETURN POLICY

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. If you have made an online purchase on store.smokem.ca and wish to return an item, please see our Online Return Policy below.

RETURN WITH A RECEIPT

An original receipt is requested for all exchanges or returns. Within 30 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange or return can be made for unused/unworn merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for all return or exchange transactions.

RETURN WITH A GIFT RECEIPT

Returns using a gift receipt will be applied to a Smoke ‘Em Diesel Retail Store Merchandise Credit. The gift receipt will help us determine the price your gift giver paid. A gift receipt is documentation of the purchase only, and is not considered an original receipt. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.

RETURN WITHOUT A RECEIPT

If you wish to make a return and have lost your receipt, merchandise will be returned based on the lowest price the item was offered for sale within the 60 days preceding the return; and the refund will be applied to a Smokem ‘Em Diesel Store Merchandise Credit. If the amount of the return is less than $5.00, cash will be refunded. Items must be unused and unworn and in their original packaging. You will be required to provide government issued picture ID and provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction. 

MULTIPLE ITEM DISCOUNT RETURNS & "FREE ITEM" WITH PURCHASE RETURNS

When a regular priced item purchased during a "Buy One, Get One" event is returned, the discount on the second item is forfeited. The second item may be repurchased at the current selling price or both items can be returned for a full refund. Items purchased as part of a promotion offering a free item can be refunded with the return of all items. Individual items can be exchanged.

WARRANTY RETURNS

All product warranties are from the product manufacturers. Smoke 'Em Diesel does not express or imply any warranty.  All product manufacturer warranty claims must be performed by the customer through the product manufacturer.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

We will beat any Canadian reseller by 10% on the difference in the prices. Smoke 'Em Performance reserves the right to refuse this without notice. This is usually in the case of special promotions, sales, and coupons already applied to the product, either on Smokem.ca or the competitors site. Price matching only applies to online products. In-store price matching is at the discretion of the on-site representative.

X * 0.1 = Total Discount

GIFT CERTIFICATES 

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. After making a purchase, if you have a balance remaining in credit - unless it is $5.00 or less - we will re-issue the balance on a new gift certificate. Multiple gift certificate balances can be consolidated to one gift certificate

Smoke ‘Em Diesel Performance Ltd. reserves the right to change this policy with or without notice to its customers and will not be held responsible for any loss or damages suffered as a result of such changes.

Smokem.ca is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
