C	Candice Cole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met Dr. Tim Smith once. He was working on a folding table in a small office with damaged ceiling tiles. He was rude. Raised his voice and made a comment about custody in front of my children that I found extremely unprofessional. We will not be back.

We conducted some tests for a family member and after paying for them, we found out that results are not included!!!! I have to pay an additional fee to get the results in writing. Make sure you know what you agree to, or get it in writing.
