★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2 year old daughter came here a few days ago and usually she cries at the sight of someone with a mask and full PPE, but this time she was so comfortable! The dental hygenist was so sweet the whole time, singing nursery rhymes which my daughter loved, and not being forceful at all. My daughter had an excellent experience here at SmileTown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Diya has been our dentist for about 5 years now and we adore her and the whole team! I have 2 kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder, so they need a little more familiarity and patience than most. We started out with more appointments just to get them familiar and comfortable in the building. We went from needing 1 grown-up per kid to handle cleanings to just me going back and forth between them checking on them. They now tolerate x-rays without much stress. Both kids have been sedated for crowns/ extractions, no complications. My little guy now sees Dr Nikki's team for Invisalign and that's going fantastic, too. Highly recommend this dentist office!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and friendly, My son just had a dental surgery and they walked me through the whole process. Helped me apply for Jordan's Principle because we are First Nations. Always call for follow ups. My son loves this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From placing a call to book an appointment with their secretaries to getting whatever dental procedure done on my toddler - they all are professional, respectful and caring.
The doctor(s) there is very professional and makes sure the parent is fully informed, satisfied and overall happy with end result.
A major plus for me as a parent is: it’s a non-judgmental area and even though everyone does their job thoroughly, it’s a stress-free zone. Everyone was patient, especially with crying toddlers.
Thank-you, I’m always glad to book my kid his next check-up appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son gets extremely nervous around dentists, however the staff and dentists at Smiletown always help my son feel comfortable every single visit. We've been going there for a few years now and my son has grown to trust them! They are very understanding and extremely patient ? I always recommend going to them for all children's dental work. I'd rate more stars if I could!

Suggestion to management- make sure your estimating team provides all options for dental work as not everyone can afford all the extras especially in today's economy. I had to suggest just pulling my daughter's tooth instead of trying to save it and spend all the extra money to fill it and root canal when it will fall out soon anyway. It's her baby teeth. The difference was almost $200.
Other than that a Great experience!
