★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chu is very friendly, reassuring , nice and comforting. He explained my treatment plan so well with detailed estimates.
Chair side experience was so good. And even the front desk girls were so welcoming. Overall my experience was very good.
I totally recommend dr Chu and dr Lam :)

My experience with smiles Fleetwood was great!! Doctors were amazing.
Staff are great & helpful!!
Specially, Komal the receptionist. She goes extra miles for her patient & cares for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic, I have a busy work schedule & live out of town it’s hard to make dentist appointments fit into my life. The clinic was able to book me in & get all the necessary dental work needed in one appointment. Also had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr.Lam & the procedure went perfect. Highly recommend, will be coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in dentistry for the past 42 years and have assisted this clinic in striving to be very patient centered which in a lot of clinics is not the case. The dentists which work in this clinic are very skilled and have the ability to do many procedures that other offices may refer to a specialist. The biggest thing about going to any dental practice is communicating with the staff and doctors. If there is some thing that you were not sure of, if you want to know costs prior to treatment, or if you were not happy about some thing the best thing you can do is voice your concerns and I will assure you that the concerns will be taken seriously and addressed. I would highly recommend this clinic for the outstanding dentistry and customer service they strive to provide to their patients.
